Let me start by apologizing because i know nothing about refrigeration or acs but Id really appreciate some insite. I work in a walk in cooler (at a grocery store) the ceiling fan/motor area has been raining down a white salt like powder for over a yr. Any ideas on what it could be? The whole system has been washed out and it still comes back. Also is it toxic to inhale for 8 plus hrs a day....and eat? We produce food in the cooler so it's falling in all the food. The cooler has sinks and is constantly wet ,the temperature is around 35* ( idk if that matters)
