Considerations when replacing 13 Carrier 10 ton RTUs

The office portion of my 2 storey building has 16 RTUs, mostly 10 ton heat/cool units. They were all Carriers, 2004 and 2006 vintage. I have replaced 3 in the last couple years with Lennox units based on the recommendation of my HVAC contractor. I am considering replacing the balance of the units now before they start costing me too much in maintenance, and I don't like the idea of replacing them as they fail. It will cost more and I will end up with a mishmash of units.
I am not super concerned about up front cost. I want low maintenance and longevity, and some type of remote monitoring. I will likely replace all the thermosts at the same time.
The roof curbs are new and built for the 4BTFE Carriers so it would be nice to not install curb adaptors or rework the ducting, but that isn't the driving issue.
the units I am considering are Carrier, Trane and Lennox but I am open to suggestions.
We are in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
