York 266 Ton Chiller Voltage Faults

One of the two systems on our 266 Ton York Chiller keeps faulting on multiple voltage faults.
Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Serial No: 11531M43309493
Model No: YVAA0500JZV46BAVPXXXEAKLXXXX6047XOSXXV181W1DXDA2BM XV7XXXXXXXMHXSX

These three system faults have been shutting down System 1: HIGH DC BUS Voltage / Single Phase input Volts / Low DC Bus Voltage
a. The faults will come in at different times locking out the system.
b. No troubleshooting recommendations for the HIGH DC BUS VOLTAGE fault from JCI manual or from tech support due the electrical safety issues

c. System 1 has received each of these faults recently. 8 High DC Bus Voltage faults have occurred yesterday morning followed by a single phase input voltage fault later in the day. IÂ’m told a LOW DC bus voltage fault also occurred before yesterday.
d. We ordered a data logger to install on the supply power to the chiller to confirm the supply power is acceptable and not spiking.

This is what I'm told we have done so far:
Check for imbalance of amperage on L1 L2 and L3 after the inductor with a clamp meter and seeing if you have any amperage imbalances. No issues. Check lug connections, connections at the drive, connections at the compressor. No issues.

If you have any additional things I should be checking, please let me know.
