I have several buildings that use AE-200A controllers.
On one of the controllers I can't login using Chrome using the default username/password (administrator/admin) but I can login using internet explorer with default username/password (initial/init). I'm guessing someone/somehow changed the username/password and looks like the Chrome interface uses different username and password files than the touchscreen and internet explorer.
I have no issue logging into the touch screen or internet explorer methods - only when trying to use chrome? I tried resetting the user/passwords via touchscreen and internet explorer but that had no effect.
Anyone else have this issue and is there a way to reset the password for the chrome user?
It's not a serious issue yet but internet explorer is getting harder to support and chrome is so much better...
