I am running york chiller Style F in an industry. The issue I'm facing is the opening of its PRV. Few weeks ago PRV was not opening after that I read the Adaptive Capacity Control System of York and adjust the chilled water flow rate, cooling water temperate and condenser level in such a way to protect chiller from surge and dp/p value at that time was round about 0.5-0.6. Then, PRV were opened and load reduces and PRV reached to 100%. Chiller took load approximately 100-120 KW (Motor Output Frequency 30-34 HZ) and after one week its again taking high load like 200-220 kW (Motor Output Frequency 50 HZ) and not opening its PRV. Although I have set the conditions as previous one.
My parameters are as follows
Setpoint = 12
Chilled water Temperature in and out = 14-15 out -11.7-12.3 in degree C
Cooling Tower Temperate in evaporator = 18-19 in and 20-22 out degree C
dP/P = 0.5 to 0.6
Refrigerant level setpoint in Condenser = 20%
Actual Refrigerant level in Condenser = 40% to 50%
Please help me in that regard.
