The tenant space has around 25 VAV's feeding the floor. The tenant has complained that the NW corner is too cold. The 4 VAV's serving this area are not reaching their maximum CFM. The static pressure for the system is reset up and down every 10 minutes. The setpoint is currently set so that it resets down when the most open damper is less than 80%, and the setpoint resets up when any of the VAV dampers is greater than 90%.
The pressure stepping is as follow:
Initial setpoint: 2"
Max Setpoint: 3"
Min Setpoint: 1.5"
Step up amount: .25"
Step time: 300 seconds
What can be done to increase the amount of airflow for these 4 VAV's?
