I run a large datacenter in NE OH and we're designing a 12 megawatt/3K ton addition to our building using these systems:

They're produced in Great Britain and are reportedly popular in the Euro market, but almost non-existent here in the USA. Based on what Excool's telling us, we'll be the first American company to use them on this scale.
My questions:
1. Are there any HVAC-Talk members in Europe that have experience with living with these units?
2. Assuming not, is there a similar forum in Europe in which I might find such people? Google didn't produce anything of value on this topic. I found a couple European agencies that look similar to ASHRAE or RSES, but nothing with an associated forum.
Excool says they're happy to hook us up with some of their happy customer, but so far, not so much. And obviously, there's an incentive on their part to make sure that anyone they DO provide isn't going to tell us anything negative.
