Chilled water system losing pressure

Hey everyone, I need some help troubleshooting a Chilled water loop that is losing pressure. I am the facility manager at a brand new medical marijuana facility that houses a cogeneration/thermal plant for use for our grow process. We have been having an issue with our chilled water loop losing pressure at odd intervals. I’ll site an example. We left the facility Friday afternoon with approximately 21 pounds of pressure in the chilled water loop. It maintained pressure fairly consistently until last night at around 9pm. I was watching the trends in the system, and pressure caved all the way down to 2 pounds of pressure over a few hours time. This happens just about every day or two. There is no evidence of a leak, and the trending data doesn’t really suggest that it would be a leak considering it maintains pressure and then dives out of nowhere. I could be wrong there, but we did a hydrostatic pressure test on the system last week with the system valved out and pressure maintained at 30 pounds for an hour. So we are constantly pumping more glycol into the system to build pressure back up. We considered that maybe our system just hasn’t been filled to capacity yet, being that we are a brand new facility, but we have already pumped quite a bit more glycol into the system than was originally estimated. Where the heck is our glycol and pressure going?!?
