So I have an older Lennox rtu, when the maim 246v power is applied unit turns on momentarily and then goes nom functional with a humming sound like it's like it's shorting out/brown out or just not receiving full voltage. I'm tore between having a capacitor issue or that the main power shut off/ line voltage between the manual shut off and the breakers on the panel.
