Envision 1.1 crack password

Hello.

The costumer have Envision 1.1 in the building, i need made repairs on system, but the costumer do not know a user and password with full previlege.

I did search on sistem files, and in the file "userprofile.mdb" i find a table that contains users names and their passwords, but the passwords are encrypted.

Please, do anybody know what kind of hash Envision 1.1 use in the passwords ? or what software i can use to reveal the passwords of the system?
