I am a building owner rep.
We have a Carrier BMS - ComfortWorks version 5.0 installed like 20 years ago and running since then.
We got the computer motherboard defected and had to replace the computer with a used old one of the same category.
We are trying to run the software - which we have a back-up for - in the new computer.
We are able to open all the graphics pages of the BMS but there is no communication between the controllers and the workstation.
The software is asking us to define the CCN but we are not finding a place to do so.
Any assistance from your side is highly appreciated.
