In the kitchen portion of my remodel, I am running a new drain for the kitchen.
Unfortunately, I can't get the drains into the wall, as the upstairs sticks out brick depth more than downstairs and so I'd be half-in and half-out the wall. Sounds like through the floor at the back of cabinet is next best.
1. How much clearance do you typically leave from the rough framing to centerline of the 2" drain coming through the floor? I am thinking 3.5" stud to CL of drain.
