Just bought a house and am having issues with well. I have noticed I am sucking up a lot of sand and it it pretty much dropping the water pressure in my house. When I bought the house it had no kind of filtration system. I have since installed a spin down filter and a 3 stage filter system. It has a 40/60 pressure switch and the pressure tank is set at 37psi.From what I can tell it is a shallow well with a Gould’s jet pump. How can I check the depth of my well?
