I have been reading through the forums, the IRC, and the IPC. I am now adequately mixed up and looking for some sanity.
. I am adding a new rough-in for a bathroom (Lav, WC, Shower) in my basement. I am going to tie into an existing 3" main off of a stack that heads to the street. My main question is related to proper venting, and what, if any, the venting provided by the 3" stack provides.
