We are new to the in wall tank toilet type -- and we have one in our newly built out office. This is the MH Dual Tornado flush one. We had the plumber out to fix the geyser effect that was happening (missing a part between the tank and the bowl)
But we still have the problem that the water doesn't completely exit the bowl when it's flushed. It swirls really hard and eventually the paper exits, but there is always 3" of dirty water in the bottom. Tech support says this is normal. It's...
