We just purchased a home (1970’s build year) in Thurston County, WA that needs some love.
My wife recently peeled potatoes and they went down the garbage disposal (one at a time). I know that can be bad. Not sure if it is related (because no unclogging solution seems to work), but this is when the problem started.
The NON disposal sink is backing up. I have used draino (the “guaranteed” bottle) to now avail. We have plunged the sink as well, covering the disposal and the top of the pipe...
Is this a vent issue? What is this pipe?
