We recently installed a new deep sink and disposal and I’m trying to sort out how to connect both my disposal and dishwasher in a very short run. From the top of the disposal outlet to the threads on the p trap is ~2.5 inches.
We live in an area where connecting the dishwasher drain to the disposal is not to code.
I’m pondering this set up, capped at the top and a horizontal run from the disposal to connect. Would this cause any issues?
