Rainhead slope of pipe in attic | Terry Love Plumbing Advice & Remodel DIY & Professional Forum

I will be putting in a ceiling rain head and wondering what makes sense for the slope of the pipe in the attic. Technically it's not in the attic, it will sit on the warm side of the house. The ceiling is double drywalled, so will sit in between layer and which ever end it higher, there is enough slack in the vapour barrier to push against to make room. I'll also probably make a small box in the attic from 2" foam, have a bunch laying around.

Sloping it towards the rainhead will help remove...
