kitchen faucet water flows than decreases to dribble | Terry Love Plumbing Advice & Remodel DIY & Professional Forum

so this problem began a month or two after contractor working on the house taking a wall down, but no plumbing was touched. Turn on kitchen water faucet, water flows normally 3-4 minutes, then slowly, decreases to a drizzle then to slow dribbles, hot or cold water same issue. Meanwhile, no water flow issues with my dishwasher. No water flow issues anywhere else in the house. why?
